Overnight I became a multi-sensory being with the intense realization that everything is connected and sacred. I grew into adulthood with clarity of spiritual energy, ancestral presence, natural bliss and divine flow.
During my university years I began my quest for deeper spiritual understanding of my gifts by researching world religions, meditation and yoga practices.
